Manatargaq promotion-is an unique conception which refers to union of Estonian promo-organizations: Cosmogen Music, Chillum Tribe, 3rd Planet, Sounds Of Aliens & Planetarium Group. Each one of these organizations made a contribution to the development of trance music in this country.

The event is dedicated to enhancing ones worldview. The main goals of the festival are:

• To encourage live communication and respect toward others
• To promote carefulness toward environment
• To popularize healthy way of living
• To develop cultural relationship between different nationalities

The art conception of the event is based on four compounds:

Cultural inheritance-our past, Music-our presence, Ecological program-todays significant issue
Children-our future.

Four official stages are set up.
Each stage bears a name of the element of Nature:

• Surya (The Sun) - The main arena
• Vayu (The Air) - Alternative and live music
• Chandra (The Moon) - Chill-out  
• Varuna (The Water) - Yoga, different seminars, Krishna`s organization, children`s playground.

The music played at the event is not only supposed to be listened to but also to be analyzed. This is the reason why “Manatargaq” is dedicated to people who can consciously and independently choose among trends without being guided by pop-culture. 

Ecological program is one of the most important foundations of the event.
